Our pens are suitable for small to medium breeds weighing up to 40 lbs and all puppies.

It is crucial to take into account the weight recommendations (40 lb limit). While it might seem that our pens are spacious enough for larger breeds due to the ample square footage, the weight limit is linked to the structural integrity of the walls. Our primary concern is to prevent any harm to a puppy in case they jump on the wall and it gives way.

In conclusion, we have a fondness for large breeds and would like to inform you that our pens are not the best choice. Given how quickly your puppy will grow, purchasing one poses a risk due to its unsuitability for large breeds and the associated cost. Please note that our 30-day return policy stipulates that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the pens must be returned "unassembled, unused, and in their original packaging."

No.  Our pens are not approved for use with human babies, kids, adults, or the elderly.  

The panels are scratch-resistant because acrylic is inherently scratch-resistant, but they are not "hard coated", which would make them very scratch resistant (and cost twice as much). 

If your pup is scratching away, the panels will scratch.  Although this is a very common concern, it has not been a problem for most customers.  

If the panels do get scratched, they are fairly hard to see, and panels are replaceable.  

Fences are available in 24/32/40/45/50" heights, so you can choose the right height based on your dog's height and ability to jump. Choose multiple pieces of fence to build larger spaces, so dogs can run freely in the fence.
